Carlos Grassot is a Spanish singer-songwriter blending Latin and acoustic influences into a sound that balances intimate storytelling with emotional depth. Inspired by artists such as Radiohead, Sam Fender, and Madison Cunningham, Carlos combines vulnerability with a rich, atmospheric sonic identity shaped by his diverse cultural roots.

At 21 years old, Carlos left behind his family, friends, and hometown of Palamós to pursue a career in music in the UK. Arriving in London with ambition and determination, he immersed himself in the city’s music scene while adapting to life in a completely new environment. Those experiences became the foundation of his songwriting: honest, reflective, and deeply personal.

After a year and a half in London, Carlos moved to Liverpool, where the city’s creative energy heavily influenced his evolving sound. There, he wrote and released his debut EP, Farewell the Child, a project exploring memory, identity, personal growth, and the transition into adulthood.

Entering a new chapter of life as a father, Carlos released his second EP, Farewell the World, a socially conscious record examining modern culture, disconnection, and the pressures of contemporary society. Fatherhood has since inspired the next stage of his creative journey, leading to the upcoming companion projects Welcome the Child and Welcome the World.

Together, the four EPs will form a 16-track conceptual album titled The Child and The World, a body of work centred on transformation, sacrifice, responsibility, and hope—told through the perspective of an artist who left his comfort zone to build a new life through creativity.
